Protection of personal data and consent to processing
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("GDPR") and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Processing Act”) by sending a form with completed personal data, the client declares that until further notice he agrees with the processing of provided personal data and the inclusion of such data in the database of S&T Investors s.r.o. with its registered office at Velkopřevorské nám. 608/5a, 118 00 Praha 1, IČ: 2725 1802 (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”).
The client provides consent for the purposes of concluding a contract with the provider and for the purposes of its performance.
The client may give consent to the processing of his personal data also in order to improve the services provided and the marketing activities of the provider. This consent is voluntary, it is granted for the period of validity of the contract and for a period until two years after the termination of the last contractual relationship. This consent may be revoked at any time.
The recipient of the client's personal data is the provider. The client's personal data are processed and stored in accordance with the GDPR and the Act. The provider stores personal data in electronic form in a properly secured repository. After two years from the termination of the contract, the client's personal data are deleted.
The client has the right to access personal data, i.e. the right to obtain information on whether the provider processes the client's personal data, and if so, what data is involved and how they are processed. The client also has the right for the provider to correct inaccurate personal data without undue delay at his request. The client has the right to add incomplete personal data at any time.
The right to delete personal data represents the provider's obligation to destroy personal data that it processes about the client, if the client so requests.
The client has the right for the provider to restrict the processing of the client's personal data in certain cases. The client has the right at any time to object to the processing, which is based on the legitimate interests of the provider, a third party or is necessary for the performance of a task performed in the public interest or in the exercise of public power.
The right to data portability gives the client the opportunity to obtain personal data provided to the provider in a common and machine-readable format. He may subsequently pass this data on to another person or, if technically possible, request that it be passed on by the provider.
In the event that the client is in any way dissatisfied with the processing of his personal data by the provider, he can file a complaint directly with the provider or contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
